    FAQ Of Customer

Rebar (short for reinforcing bar), known when massed as reinforcing steel or reinforcement steel. A tension device, including a steel bar or a mesh of steel wires, is used in reinforced concrete and reinforced masonry constructions to strengthen and help the concrete under tension. Rebar significantly increases the tensile strength of the structure

Most rebar is made by melting scrap steel in an electric arc furnace and casting billets, which are then hot-rolled into bar. After rolling, straight rebar is cut to length and air-cooled on a cooling bed. In a reforming tub, the coiled rebar is spooled and chopped to the right weights and lengths.

    It absolutely can work.

Threaded rebar is used as an alternative anchoring method when securing sign structures, wind towers, structural steel, and other foundation applications

    Various types of rebar
The size and grade of rebar that is appropriate for your project will be determined by the amount of support and strength that is required. It will also be influenced by the material used to create the rebar as well as the coating applied to it.

The norm in the concrete and building business is carbon steel rebar, although it may not hold up well in high-moisture situations. In maritime applications, epoxy-coated rebar may perform better, keeping the concrete's strength and longevity while preventing rapid corrosion.

    Rebar made of carbon steel
The most prevalent form of rebar used in residential and commercial projects is carbon steel rebar. This alloy steel is extremely cost-effective and long-lasting, however the carbon steel may not be suitable for projects with a lot of moisture. If you work with high moisture content or in high-humidity environments, using carbon steel rebar could be dangerous.

Stainless Steel is a material that is resistant to corrosion.
